Launch Date & Order Processing We are officially launching on November 1st, 2026. Orders placed before November 1st will not be processed until our launch date. We appreciate your patience and excitement — your mystery scoop is worth the wait!

Starting November 1st, all orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Timeframes Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability will be announced at a later date.
